Veronica is an International Yoga Master and Certified Life Coach – Founder of VeroYoga™ and VeroLifeCoach™, programs which support growth by providing holistic resources that assist people to believe in themselves, to overcome challenges and most of all, to become empowered.
Veronica, a regular guest on CNN in Spanish, has been improving and sharpening a unique system which deepens the practice of yoga at the physical, psychic, energetic and spiritual levels. VeroYoga system bridges the traditional teachings of yoga with the demands of modern times, and is all inclusive.

Veronica has traveled throughout the world giving yoga demonstrations on television, universities and yoga conventions as yoga teacher.
She is also a certified Life & Relationship Coach offering individual consulting to people from all corners of the world to reach their highest goals in love and in life, in record time via Skype, WhatsApp or personal meetings. She is the author of “APUNTANTO AL AMOR” –an audio book and comprehensive guide for Latin Single women that are ready to find true love.


Veronica served as Sri Dharma Mittra’s Teacher Training Assistant for three years in Manhattan, NYC. She, co-founded Ubuntu Yoga Studio in Napa Valley, California and for several years has been teaching yoga for the blind at The Lighthouse of Broward assisting the visually impaired to feel confident in their bodies and stronger in their spirits.  She also designed and successfully implemented a one-year “pilot" yoga therapy program for the Mental Health Department of the high security women's jail at the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico.

As a Cancer Research Associate, Veronica conducted cancer research at Dr. Krishan's laboratory, presently at the Pathology Department, University of Miami Miller's School of Medicine.  Her Yoga Therapy Program is specifically focused for the elderly, the disabled, patients undergoing chemotherapy and post-surgical treatment, chronic arthritis, cardiovascular diseases, and depression.
